Schoenhut's sturdy 37-key piano was designed with the Day Care industry in mind, but is perfect for the home, too. built of solid maple and one-half inch birch plywood, it is crafted entierely by hand and built to endure active play. With a keyboard almost half the size of that on an adult piano, the three-octave span allows plenty of room for playing wiht both hands.

Chromatically tuned, the sound is produced by small hammers striking German steel rods, which produce lovely chime-like tones.

 Schoenhut’s patented Learning System, with its play-by-color teaching method makes playing simple and fun. A removable color-coordinated strip fits behind the keys to guide small fingers from chord to chord. The accompanying Songbook contains a collection of familiar tunes.
