All of our items include free shipping and handling to the USA (48) states only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. All others must contact us to get a price quote first. We do NOT ship to APO addresses.

Sales Tax
State law requires Un4Gettable Toys to collect sales tax for orders shipped to NE. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of Nebraska.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a limited 30 Day Money Back Guarantee returns policy on most of our products. For returns on items that are not damaged or defective, please contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for all shipping/freight charges, as well as a 15% restocking fee. All items refused at delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after 24 hours that have been charged, but not yet shipped, will incur a $5.00 handling fee. Returned or Exchanged items must be in new, as-shipped condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.
Once your item has been returned to us, we will provide a full refund less the re-stock fee.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at 877-278-8173. Once we have processed your request, we will make arrangements to have the item picked up, and send a replacement to you free of charge.
